PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography has been an interest of mine since I was 15. I am rarely without a camera or at least, now days, my IPhone, which does take surprisingly good photos. Photography has moved along in my creative life, from necessity, a few steps behind my artwork, my paintings and drawings. But it has always served as an immediate connection to the world for me.

I draw everywhere I go but I also take pictures. I no longer use my original Nikon manual camera with slides, having made the switch a few years ago to digital, but many of the photos you see here were taken on slide film.
